- Returns & Exchange: We offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy for a period of 10 days from the date of delivery. Additionally, we provide a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. To be eligible for returns and exchange, your area PIN-code must be serviceable for reverse pick-up.
- Reverse Pick-Up: We offer reverse pick-up services at no additional cost or charge, subject to availability in your area PIN-code. The courier company will attempt pick-up twice. If they are unable to pick up the shipment, you will be required to send the shipment back to our company address.
- Coupon Code for COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a coupon code will be provided within 7 working days from the day of return pickup. This coupon code will be sent to your registered e-mail address or contact number.
- Condition of Returned Product(s): Please ensure that you return the product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.
- Processing Time for Returns: Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be reflected in your bank account. Please note that refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website. Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and prepaid orders.
- Payments for COD Orders: For COD orders, the refund will be in the form of a coupon code worth the same as your order value, which can be used within 1 year from the issuance of the coupon code.

- Cancellations: Cancellations are only possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Non-Returnable Products: To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes. Please note that UNFLD STORE may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy applies.
- Exchange Limitations: Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable for that order.
- Refunds for Free Product Deals: Items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any promotions with free products included are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Self-Shipping for Returns/Exchange: If your area PIN-code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you will need to courier the product(s) to our warehouse address: UNFLD STORE WAREHOUSE, PART OF FIRST FLOOR, PLOT NO.635, MAIN ROHTAK ROAD, MUNDKA, DELHI, West Delhi, Delhi, 110041. Ensure that the items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit, and mention the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. Upon receiving the product(s) within 48 hours, you will be refunded the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) for prepaid orders or provided with a coupon code for COD orders.
- Preferred Courier Service: We recommend using 'Speed Post' as your courier service for self-return, as it has the most widely distributed postal network in India and is reliable.
- Terms and Conditions: Please provide accurate bank account details for refunds, as any errors in the details provided will not be our responsibility.
- Reporting Delivery Issues: If you receive an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and have not received the order, please contact us within 24 hours via email or phone.
- Obligation to Care for Products: Customers are responsible for taking utmost care of the product(s) while they are in their possession, including following all product instructions, keeping documents and wrappings intact while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
- Reporting Product Damage: If you believe that the product(s) do not conform to the standards at the time of delivery or are damaged, please promptly contact us at care@unfldstore.com within 1 day of receiving the products, providing details of the product and its damage. We will provide further instructions.
- Refund Processing: Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it and notify you of your eligibility for a refund via e-mail within a reasonable period, aiming to process the refund within 30 working days from the date of confirmation.
