Yes, we offer COD for orders below INR 5000 to all serviceable Pin codes.

What is the process for placing the return or exchange request?

To place an exchange request, please follow the following steps:

1. Visit the Returns & Exchanges section on our website or click on the provided link to raise a return request for your order. Click here

2. Fill in the required details in the provided fields.

3. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to exchange.

4. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your exchange request is approved.

Please note that exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Our courier will pick up the product within 2-3 working days for return. Upon receipt of the product, we will contact you to confirm your request.

In addition, all returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without tags will not be accpeted. Once the exchange item is verified at our warehouse, the new order will be on it's way. Please note that the exchange process is subject to your exchange item meeting the above conditions

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

What happens to orders where products are received in damaged condition?

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, if you receive a damaged/defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. We also request that you email us a photograph of the damaged/defective product at Failure to report the issue may result in the return not being processed.

When can I expect the replacement for my order?

Once the return/exchange request is placed, the reverse pick-up process will be initiated within 2-3 days. The product will then arrive at our warehouse within 7-10 days and undergo a quality check. If it passes the QC, the refund or exchange request will be processed within 72 hours. The dispatched product will take an additional 7-10 working days to reach you. My payment was deducted from the bank account, but the order was not placed. what should I do?

Usually, the payment is automatically credited back to your account within 2-3 business days. If it does not, please email us the transaction details at We will verify and respond to you as soon as possible.
